Tap locates

Every building that has sewer service is connected to the sewer main line by a sewer tap. When doing work on a property, it can useful to know the location of that tap and the actual line connecting the building to the sewer system. For a $50 fee, the District will locate the sewer tap. Please allow us three business days to fill your request.






Main Line Locates

Main line locates

If you request utility location through SC811, Parker will mark our lines. There is no charge for this service and we will complete the work within three business days. If you dig before the line is marked, you may damage the sewer line. If you break or damage a line without having had the line marked, you could be held financially liable for the cost of repairs.





Sewer connection  verification

To verify if a property is connected to the sewer system, call Parker. Our crews will investigate, and we will notify you of the results. This service is free.





Rehab Fee Investigation

Rehab fee investigation

The rehabilitation fee is assessed annually on each property owner’s property tax bill. If your property is on a septic tank or is unimproved, you may be exempt. Call us so we may have a crew investigate, at no cost to you. If we verify the information you have given is correct, you will have the rehab fee removed from present and future property tax bills. You may be reimbursed for up to two years of past fees.
